I see life as a dance. It is in a constant state of change. How we view change can create anxiety and depression but it can also create a sense of harmony and comfort.In our coaching sessions we will explore your beliefs about yourself, your history and your hope for the future. We will explore, together, a path to fulfilling your preferred future. My hope is to assist you in seeing your value and uniqueness resulting in a fulfilling and joyful life.
